The following terms and conditions (hereinafter: the Terms and Conditions") are valid between you and Oruam (may be referred to as "we") and apply to all uses of and orders placed on Oruam's oruam.eu website and to orders placed by telephone, email or via live chat with the Oruam Customer Service team (hereinafter together: the “Website”). Please note that Oruam does not guarantee that all products presented on the Site are available in stock or available for purchase. Oruam reserves the right to discontinue the sale of a product. Orders can only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. Oruam reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the last update can be found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated on such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always those in force at when you placed your order and not a later version. You should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

MY ACCOUNT
When you place an order on oruam.eu, you can choose to create an account or checkout as a guest. If you choose to create an account, we will only store the information you provide with your order such as your shipping and billing address, as well as your email address. When creating your account you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in and view your order history and track your order. You can also register returns once you log in. If you do not create an account and instead check out as a guest, you can still track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you wish to delete an account you can also contact info@oruam.eu and the customer support team will assist you. If you create an account with us you can also choose to store a credit card for a future purchase. All of your store credit card information can be edited and deleted when you log in to your account. Your data will be protected using global sign encryption and will speed up your payment on your next purchase.

PLACE YOUR ORDER
By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, by telephone, email or via live chat, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and accept them. Please ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Before placing your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order, and correct any input errors. Please note that the products in your cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers until you have placed your order at checkout and received your order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes you to lose your connection to the website, your product selection may be lost. In this case, you will be asked to re-enter your product selection into your cart.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you submit your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product you ordered from us, payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation email is a confirmation that we have received your order and not an acceptance of your order.

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you. Once your order is processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation represents our acceptance of your order.
Please note that Oruam does not guarantee that all products presented on the Site will be in stock at the time of the order. If a product is not available, we will contact you shortly, by telephone or email. If we have already received payment for that product, we will refund your purchase amount.

COLORS
Oruam's goal is to describe the products on the Site in the most correct way possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the images on the Site may differ slightly from the actual colors. Oruam cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.

PRICES
The prices and delivery costs indicated on the Site include VAT.
The prices and delivery costs indicated on the Site may vary from time to time and Oruam is not bound to the price until Oruam has accepted the order by sending you the shipping confirmation. Prices may also vary between the physical store and the Site.
If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will inform you by email of the price change and give you the opportunity to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Oruam always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we have already received payment for a canceled order we will refund the purchase amount. The refund is made using the same payment method used during the purchase.
Please also note that Oruam may cancel your order even if it has been accepted by Oruam provided you realize or should have realized that the pricing information was incorrect.
Delivery costs are indicated in relation to the shipping methods during checkout.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once the order has been sent by the customer and confirmed by Oruam, the customer will be informed via an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed and accepted, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email. Personalized items may be delivered in a time slot indicated on the site which may be longer than normal delivery time slots. Due to the clearly personalized nature of personalized products and the fact that they are made specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Likewise, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order.

PAYMENTS
The following payments are accepted.

Credit cards
Payment can be made with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and credit cards, restrictions apply in some countries. Please note that the purchase amount is charged to your card once the order is placed. We do our best to make the website as safe as possible. All credit card transactions on the website are processed using via Shopify Payments/PayPal- Your payment will be charged and cleared from your account once your order is placed. You confirm that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card holder to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to Oruam, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties that may be imposed by your payment provider as a result of processing your payment in connection with your order.

Stored credit cards
At checkout you can choose to save your credit card for future purchases if you are logged in to your Oruam account. Your data will be protected using global sign encryption and will speed up your payment on your next purchase.

DELIVERY
Shipping methods
We offer multiple shipping methods to meet your needs, as further specified at checkout. Orders can take up to 7 working days to dispatch, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays or 1-2 working days during sales periods. Please note that delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin from the date of dispatch. Delivery times do not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If Oruam does not deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel your purchase.
Your order will be delivered by courier to the shipping address you indicated.
All orders are fully traceable on the Site by logging into My Account. Click "My Orders" and enter your tracking number for up-to-date information on your shipment.

First order politics
For security reasons, Oruam reserves the right to ship first orders to the verified billing address or cardholder's work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please be sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase or exchange your product by presenting it or notifying Oruam within 14 days from the date you received the product. The communication can be sent in different ways. It is best to use our returns form provided with your delivery. Please send email to info@oruam.com. Please note that you obviously do not need to use special forms, but you can send us a letter or email including the information that you will collect or exchange your purchase. If you send us an email we will send you a confirmation once we have received your communication. Please always refer to your order number when communicating with us. You may wish to keep a copy of the cancellation notice for your records.

Refund relating to the right of withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with the terms set out in this section 11, Oruam will issue a refund of the amount paid to Oruam, including the shipping cost you paid for delivery from Oruam to you. However, if Express shipping or PostNord home delivery was used, Oruam will not refund the original shipping fee. Oruam will pay the refund within 14 days from the date on which we received your cancellation notice, provided that Oruam has received the product(s) from you or that Oruam has obtained proof that the products have been sent back to Oruam. The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase if you do not explicitly accept another method. You will not be charged any additional fees if another payment method is used. Please note that Oruam only issues a full refund if the product(s) is in the same condition when delivered. If the value of the products has decreased due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary to ascertain their characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Therefore, Oruam will be entitled to retain this refund amount. To avoid a deduction, make sure the product you wish to refund is in the exact same condition you received it in, with the label and seal still attached. All shoes should not be used at all or on a carpeted surface until you decide to store them. The shoes and accessories contained in the appropriate box must be returned in their intact original box which is considered an integral part of the product.

Shipping costs for returning products
Please note that you are required to pay the shipping costs for returning the products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and exchange and Oruam has no obligation to pay such costs.

Return of products
In the event of a withdrawal or exchange of your purchase, please return the product(s) as soon as reasonably possible and in any case no later than 14 days after sending the notification.

When returning your order online, please follow the steps below.

To initiate a return or exchange send us an email to info@oruam.eu
You can view your orders and need to request an item return for any unwanted items.
Place items in the original shipping box or any other sturdy cardboard box.
Close the box and secure it securely.
Ship the return with a courier of your choice. For your safety, make sure you get a tracking number so that the courier will reimburse you in case of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Final sale
Discounted items purchased during Oruam pop-up sales are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to civil law you have the right to file a complaint about defective products within one year. However, you must always notify Oruam within a reasonable time after discovering that the products are faulty. If Oruam believes the products are faulty, Oruam will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

THE ORUAM QUALITY GUARANTEE
Oruam acts in compliance with the regulations applicable to consumers. Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving the defective products.

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

RESALE POLICY
You may purchase products on www.oruam.eu for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on www.oruam.com, you confirm that you are purchasing products for personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

INFORMATION ON THE SITE
Oruam cannot guarantee that the content of the site is free from inaccuracies or typographical errors. Nor can we guarantee that all information is up to date. Under no circumstances will Oruam assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, government measures, strike, lockout, blockade, interruption of electricity, telephone or Internet service , natural disasters or similar events. Oruam's liabilities to you will never exceed the total purchase amount for each order. In the event of force majeure, Oruam's obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Oruam may, in such cases, be partially or completely terminated by you or Oruam.

SEVERABILITY OF BENEFITS
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; the invalid terms and conditions will instead be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNMENT LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian laws (excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods – CISG). However, if you are a consumer and reside in any other country in the European Union, you will benefit from all mandatory provisions and legal rights available to you under the laws of that country. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on these mandatory provisions of local law and statutory rights.
